Mrs Mortan of Radlett, Hertfordshire had a Neff U1421N0 double oven which wasn't heating in the main oven. We arrived at 7.50am Tuesday, the engineer could see the fan motor was turning but wasn't heating, he knew the element was gone and got a new replacement from the van with the neff oven fixed in one visit and without Mrs Mortan taking anytime off work.
