Danny was really helpful looking at my washing machine in Ely. It turned out it was just a glitch but he was really helpful explaining why the error had happened and then tested the machine twice to make sure it was ok before he left.

My washing machine decided to play up and I contacted Glotech. Carlos turned up on time the next day. He explained what he was doing, was very respectful of my property and also gave me some tips to stop it happening in the future. If I ever have any more problems in the future I will use Glotech and will recommend them
