We understand the last thing you want to worry about is the repair bill building up. That's why we have a one-off labour charge.
The one-off labour charge covers as long as our engineer is at your property to repair your appliance (we don't charge per hour or per visit). If we need to make a return visit for any reason then that's covered too!
If your appliance requires spare parts then you just pay for these separately. We will always advise you of the costs before proceeding with replacements.
Once we have repaired your appliance we will provide you with a six month guarantee as standard. This will cover you should the same fault occur. If we have fitted any new spare parts then it will cover those too.
