There's a one-off labour charge which covers our engineer's time (including if they need to make any return visits). If any spare parts are required then you just pay for these on top. Simple.
If you'd like to protect your appliance then our Glotech Platinum service plans are even simpler.
In return for a small fixed amount each month via direct debit, we will protect your appliance against any breakdowns. You will be covered against all the labour and spares costs (terms apply) and we even cover accidental damage.
We try and be as flexible as we can because we know our customers are busy. We offer morning or afternoon appointments, can call you when we're on our way and can avoid certain time periods (such as school runs). Simply let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
