case study 1:
Mrs Ireland of Islington had a Bosch WVF2402GB washing machine which wasn't spinning, it would fill up with water but then nothing would happen. Mrs Ireland contacted Glotech, we were able to attend the next working day. On inspection of the machine the engineer discovered that the motor's carbon brushes had worn out. Glotech always carry common parts like carbon brushes so the engineer replaced them on the spot. The washing machine was now back working perfectly.
