case study 1:
Mr Parker of St. Albans had a Beko DVG695S gas cooker which main oven flame wouldn't stay alight. The gas safe engineer checked over the machine and found that the thermocouple had failed in the main oven. The engineer looked up the part on his laptop and advised on price and availability, the part was ordered on the spot so it would arrive faster. Once the part was in the engineer was straight out to fit it. The cooker was back working perfectly.

Mrs Zahra of Enfield had a Rangemaster Classic 110 which had a small oven which wasn't heating correctly.
