case study 1:
Mrs Lloyd of Barnet has a Beko CDA554W fridge freezer which wasn't getting cold in the fridge. Mrs Lloyd worked locally to her home so Glotech arrange for the engineer to call when he was on his way. Once there the engineer found the fridge thermostat had failed so he replaced it from his van stock and the machine was back working. Best of Mrs Lloyd didn't need to take a day off work.
