Our business is repairing domestic white goods appliances for varied customer types ranging from private consumers and letting agents to housing associations and insurance companies. We do this by utilising the great engineers we have working in the field as well as through our network of contractors.

This is a field based role working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, with a half hour lunch each day.

What you’ll get up to as a Domestic Appliance Engineer

Representing the UK’s leading domestic appliance repair company, you will be the face of our highly respected brand repairing all makes and models of appliances.

As a domestic appliance engineer, you will be visiting our customers and clients properties to help get their appliances back up and running. Our customers expect the high levels of premium service that they have come to expect from us; and you will take your opportunity to interact with them to reaffirm our core beliefs and why we’re the best in our field.

We want our engineers to spend as much time as possible at each repair. We do this by; booking your jobs close to each other, our system takes into account the amount of time you need to spend at each repair as well as the driving time to calculate the number of repairs you can carry out each day, proprietory software and systems removing admin work for our engineers.
