Excellent service - dishwasher was fixed within 24 hours - booked online - no hastle - very knowledgeable engineer who brought the right part first time after we had explained the fault within our booking
Very efficient service and I was impressed by the friendly explanation of what the engineer was doing.
Today, 02/10/24 , I was telephoned to say that the washing machine that I had ordered would be with me within 30 mins. True to their word this actually happened. 2 engineers arrived installed the new machine and removed the old. Total time less than 25 mins, including ensuring that new machine actually worked. They also cleaned the area where the old machine had lived before installing the new. Could not ask for better service than I have received from Glotech. ,

He made the whole thing effortless, fast and efficient, and the price was great, I paid about £125 in total for labour and parts and I now have a fully functioning washing machine 😍. Excellent service - Kingston the engineer who came out to my Bosch Washer Dryer delivered a first class service. He called me to let me know he was on his way. It required a new part - Kingston ordered same. However when he came out to fit the part he managed to fix it and my washer dryer no longer required the new part and I was timely issued with a refund. They are an honest professional company and their charges are fair. There is good all round transparent communication between customer, Call Centre/Customer Services Department and engineer. Would highly recommend this Company and ther services it provides

I was very pleased with the Glotech service. All throughout communication was clear and prompt, and both the engineers that attended our house were polite, friendly and efficient, and fixed the issue with our Miele dishwasher. Would definitely use Glotech again.
