Job 1346391 Ashton Road, Clay Cross. Oven Repair. The service was excellent from the moment I spoke to Glotech to make an appointment until the job was completed. Andrew Pickles the engineer sent was very professional and identified the issue quickly, ordered the part required, which arrived the next day. The office arranged for Andrew to come the next day to complete the job. The office staff were very efficient and helpful. Andrew Pickles was excellent and very respectful and made me feel at ease. I will certainly use Glotech again if I have any more issues with my kitchen appliances and I will request Andrew to carry out the repair, if available. Thank you. Carole Rainbird

Danny was really helpful looking at my washing machine in Ely. It turned out it was just a glitch but he was really helpful explaining why the error had happened and then tested the machine twice to make sure it was ok before he left.
