I usually use Siemens to make repairs but I found Glotech online and decided to take a risk and use them to fix my microwave. I was really impressed from start to finish. The booking process was really easy, quick and efficient. The engineer was speedy and knew exactly what to do. I honestly can’t fault them.
Confusion over the appointment first it was a pm appointment then it was an am appointment engineer arrived 3pm not notified stayed in all day Fault was quickly identified by very competent engineer I would recommend that your engineers wear overshoes when visiting on very wet days

Really happy with this company. Came out to fix a fridge door. When no fix possible Mathew came up with the idea of reversing the door. It worked! Mathew took his time looking for a solution so that we didn’t need to get a replacement fridge. Good communication with company throughout.
