Even the most reliable washing machines can develop errors sometimes. If you own an AEG Lavamat washing machine or washer dryer, take a look below to discover every fault code for models from 1997 and onwards:<\/p>\n

C1\u2013 Not filling or filling too slowly<\/p>\n

C2\u2013 Not pumping or pumping out too slowly<\/p>\n

C3\u2013 Aqua control activated<\/p>\n

C7\u2013 Not heating<\/p>\n

C8\u2013 NTC fault<\/p>\n

C9\u2013 Tacho or motor fault<\/p>\n

CA\u2013 Motor triac short circuit<\/p>\n

CD\u2013 Door lock faulty<\/p>\n

CE\u2013 Water distributor fault. The small motor in the dispenser which selects with compartment to fill through may be faulty<\/p>\n

CF\u2013 EPROM fault. Some of these faults will remain even after the machine is disconnected. To reset, run a test programme. Hold in the pre-wash and soak buttons simultaneously whilst turning the rotary knob to gentle spin<\/p>\n
