vax unveils world’s lightest multi-cyclonic vacuum cleaner

vax has unveiled what it’s dubbing ‘the lightest full-size multi-cyclonic upright vacuum cleaner in the world’- the vax mach air.

weighing in at 4.9kg, vax claims the mach air weighs a third less than equivalent full size vacuum cleaners.

the 1.5kg capacity mach air upright vacuum cleaner uses multi-cyclonic suction, meaning air and dust sucked into the machine is spun through a series of cyclones.

as well as a slimline design, the vax mach air has a 6m cord and 1.1m hose.

other mach air features include an led performance indicator which alerts users to blockages, an adjustable brush bar for different floor surfaces and a retractable handle that can be adjusted to eight different heights.

stored onboard the vacuum cleaner is a three-in-one crevice tool, dusting brush and upholstery tool.
