case study 1:
Mrs Leigh of Luton contacted Glotech with a Bosch SGS3042GB dishwasher which wasn't cleaning the dishes properly. The engineer was able to attend the next working day, the customer informed us that she works locally so we arrange for the engineer to call her mobile 30mins before we would arrive. After an inspecting the dishwasher the engineer had found that the spray arms were blocked. He cleared them and tested the dishwasher which was now back working perfectly.

case study 2:
Mr Pegg of Luton had a Beko WMA520 washing machine which wasn't draining properly. A glotech engineer was able to attend that afternoon, as the machine wasn't draining the engineer first tested the drain pump. The washers drain pump had broken, Mr Pegg was pleased to see that Glotech's vans carry a good stock of washing machine spares and so the engineer had a replacement pump on his van.
