Mrs Owen of North Finchley has a Bosch WFL2260 washing machine which wasn't spinning. She called Glotech who were able to send an engineer out that afternoon. The engineer phoned Mrs Owen 30mins before arriving so that Mrs Owen would meet the engineer at her home. After checking over the machine the engineer found that the carbon brushes had worn in the motor. The engineer brought up Siemens' own software and got price and availability so the customer could decide on what to do. The door seal was ordered on site which meant it arrived faster and 2 days later the engineer was back out to fit the seal.
