case study 1:
Mrs Jessett of Enfield had a Zanussi FLS1183W washing machine which had a problem with the on / off button as it wouldn't always work. Mrs Jessett called Glotech on a Thursday afternoon and we were able to attend on the Friday morning. The engineer took about the fascia to find that the switch had come out of its housing. The engineer re-fitted all fascia and the switch was back working as it should.

case study 2:
Mr Carswell of Enfield had a built-in Neff S5443X1GB dishwasher that it's base full of water. The engineer went out to check the machine over. It found the drain pump wasn't working and wasn't draining away all the water. Glotech always carry good van stock so the engineer got a new drain pump off his van and fitted it.
